中技社成立於1959年，秉持「培育科技人才」的創社宗旨，自1963年設立中技社獎學金，至今63年未曾間斷。近年來，每年投入科技教育經費約3,000萬元，其中獎學金每年頒發超過千萬元，累積受獎學生逾4,300名，多已蔚為國家社會倚重之棟樑。

Ÿ 研究獎學金：15-30名，每名15萬元及獎狀

注意：
1. 中技社科技獎學金有4項類別（今年該社辦法有更新，請務必詳讀辦法）：
（1）研究獎學金、境外生研究獎學金、境外生留台就業獎助學金等3項，每項每系限推薦1人，如有多人申請須排序。
（2）創意獎學金(可團體申請)無限制推薦人數。
2. 本獎學金具有排斥性，獲獎後須填寫切結書(請務必詳讀辦法)，如同學同時申請多項獎學金並已得知其一獲獎，請儘早通知設獎單位把機會讓給其他同學，以避免該社作業困擾。
排斥性條款規範時間：
「研究獎學金」、「創意獎學金」、「境外生研究獎學金」之得獎者當年度(115年1月1日～115年12月31日止)同時獲得中技社及其他單位提供之獎學金(校內及政府單位提供之獎學金除外)，應誠實告知，並擇一受領，若發現有違反事實，將追繳已發放之中技社科技獎學金。本所將透過「學生財務支援管理系統」查詢符合資格後送件至生輔組。

「2026 CTCI Foundation Overseas Student Employment in Taiwan Grant Application Information」Launched for the first time
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS, AWARD QUOTA and AMOUNT
Master's and doctoral graduates of the current or immediately preceding academic year from designated science- and engineering-related departments or institutes at designated domestic universities.
Up to 10 recipients; each will receive NT$100,000.
Previous recipients of the CTCI Foundation "Research Scholarship for Overseas Graduate Students."
Up to 10 recipients; each will receive NT$100,000.
Application period：Applications must be submitted between July 1, 2026 and September 10, 2026.
